Tribal Pages has not responded to my attempts to contact them about an issue. Has anyone found a “contact us” or other way to reach them? They email me with renewal reminders, etc., so I know they can reach me. I’ve been a subscriber for almost 18years now, but this is SO frustrating.

I too emailed support@tribalpages.com twice but received no response.

I have emailed them so many times and rang from England to America and got for 10 minutes trying to connect you, I am very disappointed that they do not reply and upset as I need more photos and willing to pay but no reply

I can't get any reply either and it is very upsetting. I don't know what is going on. I've invested years of work on my site which I'm having problem with and NO one will reply to my messages. I use to suggest Tribalpages to friends wanting to start a genealogy record but now I'm having second thoughts. -Dawn

I cant carry on putting on the photos, and have a back log of them, just hoping when it comes to renewing my site they will answer me then. To change to another site you would not get all the photos go over and I cant think about putting on 10000 photos again, it is spoiling life for so many

I have also been a subscriber for at least 18 years and I am so angry that I cannot get Technical Support to answer my query on missing information from profiles on my Deluxe Website (expires 10 Feb 2022).

My website is losing precious information from my relatives profiles - for example - the last verse is now missing of a Poem I wrote when my 'Mum' died (the lady that looked after me from 3 months old - not my blood mother who became a missing person). I am so upset, because I store all my family information on Tribal Pages and the amount of words on this profile is many less than I should be allowed. In fact I have not made any changes for years - yet suddenly I noticed this info was gone. I wrote the issue in detail with changes that are needed to restore the poem THREE MONTHS AGO in Technical Support & heard nothing back at all.

Sadly a family member, who is now deceased, added another verse onto the end of this poem years ago too - that has also been deleted... AND I have NO COPY of that - so if the info cannot be restored - those precious words will be lost forever!

Obviously with over 25,000 profiles on my Tree, I cannot check them all and if any other info or research notes are missing from other profiles - I doubt that I have notes elsewhere to recover it.

Two Members have contacted me on that thread over the past month with words of comfort, but it took 2 weeks for Tribal Pages to post their comments.

It is completely unacceptable and outrageous that there is no longer any Customer Support at Tribal Pages.

The only time TP contacts me is to ask for Renewal Fees... Well I suggest that we all refuse to pay next time - unless we get the help we need... and let us make that public!

I used to recommend Tribal Pages to friends and family and contacts I have through other genealogy websites... but I cannot recommend Tribal Pages from now on.... unless they get their act together and start offering proper Customer Support and Technical help to Customers.
