Hello, I have been looking for any information on my 6x great grandmother, Malinda Diamond, for many years and have hit a brick wall. I've been told that her fathers name was James Diamond and he fought in the American Revolution but not able to 100% confirm that. She had a brother named Jesse that died in the War of 1812. Malinda died in Giles Co., Virginia in 1841. Her birth could be anywhere from 1780-1790. Any help finding out if her father is James Diamond or who her mother was would be very much appreciated.
