Removing Irrelevant potential Connection

Whenever I see that little icon next to someone in my Family Tree that suggests he/she might also be in someone else's Tree- I go look. Usually, they have rated 1 or 2 stars - they have the same name and one other similarity (might be the date of birth or father's name.) But if they are clearly not the same person I want to use the 'Remove' feature (little dustbin/trashcan icon) BUT every time I hit Remove I get a blank screen with 'Internal Error' in the top left corner. I use the back button and the person is still on the list of potential matches. Annoying. because I will see it again at some point, forget that I have already established it is not a match, and do it all over again. I believe it is a server (TP's server) error so I am guessing TP will need to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this or is it just me? Any other suggestions? Cheers.

Yes I get this message everytime I want to delete an incorrect and have contacted TB time after time but I get no response and the error is still there. The customer service is very bad and I have many incorrect matches I want to delete. Other issues I've had go unanswered also. My subscription gets taken when due though!

It's such a pity really that Support does not respond. In many other respects, Tribal Pages is brilliant. I found it to be the best online Tree but it is dissappointing when TB support does not respond to our questions. Come on TB - just respond to our questions. Even if the answer is - sorry cannot fix it (for whatever reason) at least we would know you are there and you are listening. I do concern myself that they might go belly-up one of these days. Maybe they are just a one-man band?
