I have again sent Tribalpages help section a separate message requesting action on this matter. I have asked previously about one case but no answer or action.

I have had to make two corrections to names after family member invitations have been accepted. No problem make the editing correction in the tree itself. That was easy. However it is impossible for me to correct the error in my list of "Newsletter Invitee's. I click on edit but it does not work.

The two names that need correcting are listed in my message sent to TP help section.

The spelling for their names in the tree itself are correct as are their email addresses.

Please correct the names in the "newsletter invitee's" list.

Thank you.

Tribalpages, have you got a problem. I have not had an answer and the editing failure has not been fixed.

Tribalpages, have you got a problem fixing what I requested. No action as yet. You could at least let us know what you intend to do. (if anything).

I have tried deleting the original invitation and sending a new one but the program just goes straight back to the original incorrect spelling even though the persons name is now correct in the tree. I therefore have no way to correct the spelling error myself. Tribalpages it is over to you. My two tree members expect their newsletter to come through with their named showing correctly.

I have tried once more to correct the error by deleting the persons family membership. I will leave it a day and send a NEW family membership invitation. If it is not corrected by doing that, as it was not, the first time I did this, I might as well give up. Tribalpages (support) have been no help what so ever.

I have also sent this message to the "help" link.

I have now given up requesting assistance from Tribalpages. Useless. A new membership invitation sent to a member who has the her name showing correctly in the tree just just reverted back to an incorrect spelling in the list of invitees.

A clear glitch in the Tribalpages program that needs fixing but presumably Tribalpages has no one working who knows how to fix the matter.

Some progress at last. One of my members re-set her password when logging in for the new membership request and all has been corrected, for her. I will now delete the membership for my other member who has the incorrect name and ask him to reset password for new invitation when logging in. Hopefully that will finalize this matter.

I cannot say it was done with help from Tribalpages.
