how to contact support team

myself and my son have sent 3 emails to the support team regarding renewal of subscription on the death of the administrator of family tree.

Time is running out - expires 11 July 2019.

Can someone please advise

Go to the Paypal account associated with your subscription - and cancel the automatic payments there (in "settings" >> "[automatic] payments ". It seems to be the only way. Paypal has great customer support (and they respond) - so if you're having trouble locating that persons account, contact Paypal directly.
