I have been reading the problems some are having with their homepage. I checked mine & it seemed to be OK. But yesterday I added some information to my Home page and now it is all messed up. The HTML code is still showing when in edit mode but when saved it doesn't show. lots of spacing in type ?? I have never received or read where TP is making all the changes, supposedly improvements until now when so many are having problems I find out through the forum. If it wasn't for the forum I wouldn't know what was going on. For TP usually will not respond to my questions. I appreciate this site, for the cost, great format etc; but TP really need to solve the problem of communicating to it's customers. Addressing some minor problems even go a long way. Thanks for the forum with Les & others who help everyone out. But it would be great if TP would get more involved in the everyday problems many have. They have lost business from me in the past because they wouldn't address my questions. I would have ordered another paid tree & ordered more copies of my family tree if not for the one question I needed addressed & Tp would not respond. I have vented a little but I love this site & sure they will get things worked out. But just read the forum you will see many problems not being addressed at times.

Hi Doyle,

After a week of my home page being messed up like yours Tribalpages say they have fixed the problem and they have for me. I don't know what search engine you are using but I have found Chrome and Edge to be OK now. Perhaps Internet Explorer works now but I am not going to try editing with it at present. Makes me nervous after what happend two days ago..

I tried Chrome & with Chrome my home page shows the HMTL but still has the spacing in sentence. I corrected the type & will see if it stays.

Doyle,

Sorry, I forgot to say that you will probably have to edit your home page again as I did. Tribalpages Support should tell you what to do.

I totallly agree with your comments. Many of our family tree love the format and features, but I must say TP needs to get-it-together. I am holding off adding or updating the site for I fear it will “bomb” the site. We are looking at options—LOOK TP, BUT.
